Delivery:
The delivery takes place via the Deutsche Post AG to the named house or company address. Shipments to PO boxes and poste restante will not be carried out. For further information on payment transactions and shipping costs, the currently valid delivery conditions on this website must be observed

Refund policy:
If you do not like an article, it is possible to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving a reason. We assume that the goods are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. You will receive a credit note from us for the value of the goods. The goods must be sent back to our address in the cheapest way, securely packaged and with sufficient postage. For a goods value of over 40 € and a German sender, we take over the postage. The goods may not be sent postage paid. We reserve the right to deduct the costs for freight collect shipments from the credit.
Claim:
If, despite all caution, an incorrect or damaged item is delivered, give us a call or send us an email. We will endeavor to find a quick and easy way to find a replacement.
