Wenn Ihnen ein Artikel nicht gefällt, ist es möglich die Ware innerhalb 14 Tage nach Erhalt der Sendung ohne angeben von Gründen zurückzugeben. Wir setzen dabei voraus, dass die Ware unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und original verpackt ist. Sie erhalten von uns über den Warenwert eine Gutschrift. Die Ware muss auf dem günstigsten Weg, sicher verpackt und ausreichend frankiert an unsere Adresse zurückgeschickt werden. Bei einem Warenwert von über 40 € und deutschen Absender übernehmen wir das Porto. Die Ware darf nicht portofrei gesendet werden. Wir behalten uns vor, die Kosten für unfreie Sendungen von der Gutschrift abzuziehen.

Payment is made in EUR by bank transfer, postal order or, within Germany, by cash on delivery. Shipping costs shall be borne by the Purchaser.

Shipping costs 12% of the invoice amount up to a maximum of 7.50 EUR

(4.40 EUR have to be added for cash on delivery charges)

Shipping costs 15% of the invoice amount from a minimum of EUR 3.45 to a maximum of EUR 10

Airmail 30% of the invoice amount max. 100 EUR

Postal orders are for the full invoice amount (including shipping costs), payable to H.-W. Sievers Verlag to issue in EUR.

In the case of prepayment orders, delivery will only take place after receipt of payment.

The plans remain the property of the publisher until they have been paid for in full.

The delivery takes place via the Deutsche Post AG to the specified house or company address. Shipments to PO boxes and poste restante will not be carried out. For further information on payment transactions and shipping costs, the currently valid delivery conditions on this website must be observed.
