  • If you do not like an article, it is possible to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving a reason. We assume that the goods are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. You will receive a credit note from us for the value of the goods. The goods must be sent back to our address in the cheapest way, securely packaged and with sufficient postage. If the value of the goods is over 40 € and the sender is German, we will take care of the postage. The goods may not be sent postage paid. We reserve the right to deduct the costs for freight collect shipments from the credit.
